This place is amazing! Fastest ER visit everrrr! The best time to check in is in the morning after 7:30am. All of the staff is really kind and the service is quick and to the point. I love this place, I was here for a fever and I was sent home within an hour. All the doctors, nurses, and registrars are amaaazing! I will continue to come to this ER. Just avoid coming during the busy hours and you'll save yourself some time.

Bar None, the best ER experience I' ve ever had. The staff was super friendly and made me feel so at ease even as Isaac was giving me 4 stitches on my finger for a laceration. Everyone was just GREAT! Thank you....

"I was immediately seen by the triage nurse who couldn't have been more caring."

I reluctantly dragged myself into the west hills emergency room, dreading every minute that I knew I would have to sit there.  I was immediately seen by the triage nurse who couldn't have been more caring.  She told me that it might be a long wait, that they were pretty busy but that she'd get me in as soon as she could.  Not but five minutes later, Dr. Jones, a smiling, confident doctor came in to again reassure me that I wouldn't go blind and to just please be patient while they looked for a bed.  It did take quite a while.  While I sat there 8 people were brought in on stretchers, including an accident victim, a heart attack, a stroke, as well as two children having breathing problems.  Not once did the staff even blink before everyone was being taken care of.  I gladly waited my turn.  When all chaos had ended I was brought into room 7 where Dr. Jones came in checked my eyes, confirming that they were indeed burnt pretty bad.  He immediately went to work to get me out of pain and even made me an appointment with an opthomologist for the next day.  All I can say is I was very impressed from the time I walked in, til the time I paid (the outtake guy was also extremely sweet and funny)  Thank you West Hills Emergency Staff Lisa M

My husband was in an explosion at work in palm springs. They brought him here for treatment. He had second and third degree burns and had skin grating done. Hospital put me up in a condo for two weeks while he was there. This was the best hospital. Three weeks after the accident and he's healing great.

"The Best Medical Facility That I Have Ever Been To"

on Yelp

AMS, which is located on the 6th floor, is the best medical facility that I have ever been to. They are relatively inexpensive if you are a cash patient who doesn't plan to use health insurance to pay for a doctor visit. They usually have same day appointments, they have an excellent selection of internal medicine physicians, and they take care of prescription refills right away whenever you need them. Each time I have visited the doctor here it has taken up no more than 5 minutes to check in, check vitals, for the check up, and to check out. No worries- they don't do a shotty job and overlook major health problems or anything...
